Love the carmelized onions in the grilled cheese and will do that often! My personal preference - the sandwich was a bit heavier than I was wanting but it definitely filled you up with a bowl of tomato soup.

Fantastic. The sweetness of the onions with the spicy jack cheese (I got Trader Joes with Jalapenos in it and the sharp cheddar is delicious. I didnt have a red onion so I used white..it was fine.I am sure their are healthyer food choices, but I didnt miss the butter at all.

Not your gradmother's grilled cheese. It is sweet and spicy and delicious! I made these for some friends on a recent Sunday afternoon, served with a light mixed green salad. Everyone loved the sandwiches! I will definitely make these again!

I am not a big fan of grilled cheese, but found myself with an abundance of leftover cheese from a party. Since I had pepper jack and cheddar, I decided to make these for my two teenagers and my husband. They raved about them so much (my son ate 3!, I decided I had to try one. Absolutely delicious!! I love the fact that there's no butter on the bread - love the crispiness. These were a hit and we'll certainly be making these again.

Easy and absolutely indulgent! I added a few leaves of fresh spinach and basil and it was over the top delicious!! I used reduced fat pepper jack and cheddar slice to cut down on the fat grams and only used a touch of butter flavored cooking spray in the bottom of my skillet. Wonderful Ellie! Would be also great w/reduced fat provolone or mozarrella!

These were delicious! Great with a warm cup of soup. So simple, but almost seem fancy.
