Awesome taste! I made this for New Years dinner and it was wonderfully tender and flavorful.I did make more marinade as a sauce also. This is an easy weeknight meal and a keeper. Thanks Ellie!

Made this tonight for dinner and really enjoyed it. It took minutes to prepare. I grilled it and it turned out great. I think that next time I will follow other reviewers' suggestions and make more of the marinade to serve as a sauce. Yum.

This recipe is in one of Ellie's cookbooks and I made it tonight for dinner. It was so incredibly wonderful. It was crispy and flavorful on the outside and tender and moist on the inside. It is so easy to prepare. I served it with roasted parsnips and braised bok choy and a beet, orange salad. Great complimentary flavors. Thanks for another great dish Ellie!

I really like this recipe. It's one that can be prepped earlier in the day, or even the day before, and finished at the last minute. I usually double the marinade ingredients and grill two tenderloins which is enough for 6 people. I second someone else's comment about boiling up the marinade to have a little sauce on the side - it must be heated through properly though, as it's had raw pork sitting in it! I think about 25 minutes under the broiler is about right, turned two or three times.

Although we all enjoyed this dish and I especially liked the ease of preparation, I have done pork tenderloin other ways that I liked a little better.

This recipe was easy and delicious. My boyfriend and I loved it! I did make more of the marinade to drizzle on the cooked meat. Yummy!!
