I followed this recipe exactly which is weird for me, but it came out really fantastic. The only change i made was a garnish of arugula micro greens which gave it a nice little peppery bite. Great balance between the coconut and curry. I might have preferred veggie or seafood stock for the sauce which would bring out the seafood flavor even more. All-in-all and great dish.

This was a very light and tasty dish, and very easy to make. Similar to the other reviews, next time I'm going to add more curry paste for an extra kick. I made the dish with tilapia and chinese brocoli with quinoa and roasted pine nuts and onions. Substitute the extras with anything you prefer and I bet it will turn out great!

I didn't have spinach but it didn't matter. I served the fish over brown rice and poured the juices over the it. I will definitely make this again.

This was great! I used tilapia instead of halibut (only cook the tilapia for about 4 minutes and it was delicious!

This was absolutely fabulous. I made it exactly as written except added some shrimp with the halibut. It was light and delicious. Husband thought I had ordered out from our local Thai restaurant which has great food. This one's a keeper and so versatile - can be made with just about any type of fish or even chicken. Thank you Ellie for a terrific recipe!!!

My family and friends loved this dish. The fish was pricey at Wholefoods ($7 per small filet but worth it for a fancy but easy to make dinner. I made sautéed chard with shallots as well as rice as the base for the fish and curry sauce. I'm making this dish this weekend.

This dish was easy and delicious. I will definitely be making it again. The coconut curry sauce would be great with just about anything. I ended up doubling the coconut milk for a richer sauce and adding extra curry paste for added spice... maybe next time i'll try it as written. Soooooooo good!!

This was very easy to make and we really enjoyed it over just steamed spinach. I didn't have any cilantro so I didn't use any and I substituted scallions for the shallots. It turned out really great and pretty light. Next time I might use a less expensive fish - instead of the halibut.
