I just made this and it was VERY good! It was super easy and quick to make. You sacrifice no taste on this one - if you like Thai food, you must try this! The lime is the perfect finish!

    the taste is very refreshing!
The "soup"/sauce tastes great even by itself!

I loved this, I made it with sea bass since it wasn't halibut season. I had people over who thought I had slaved all day and 6 months later are still raving about the dinner.

very simple and delicious. thought the cilantro was a bit excessive, might use a little less next time. i also liked the lightness of the broth, instead of a sauce, especially when it soaked into the warm brown rice. love ellie krieger!

Great recipe for a quick and healthy meal. I made this recipe with Tilapia and it came out great. I also used a mix of chili paste and curry powder since I didn't have curry paste on hand. I've made this twice already and I'll definitely make it again.

i think this would be a good diet recipe.. but for a normal curry this is way too watery. i ended up adding a lot more coconut milk and red curry paste to suite my taste. i believe normal curry recipe doesn't use that much chicken broth.. but on the dietary side.. it's a light and healthy dish

Flavors were outstanding and dish was easy to make. I personally like "saucey" sauces, so I am going to thicken with a little corn starch next time.
