Was easy to make and was yummy. I substituted tilapia instead of halibut as the halibut was really expensive. Couldn't find the Asian curry paste so I used Indian curry paste... it was spicy! Nice easy dish.

This was so incredibly good! And I have to say I don't usually like really spicy food but I couldn't stop eating this. My husband loved it too. It was a bit too spicy for my 4-year old. Next time I will probably use a little less red curry paste. As for others who say the sauce was thin, I thought it was supposed to be that way. It is called a broth - we actually served it in soup bowls. And I found the rice absorbed the broth which was delicious. I actually used jasmine rice which was great! Anyway, if you like spicy, you'll love this!

I used yellow curry powder as I prefer that particular flavor with seafood.I also made sure I reduced it plenty, thus avoiding the "too thin" broth. I added about two Tbsp. half and half, it made it smooth and "saucy". I know the half and half is not figure friendly but I wasn't concerned about that this particular night.

I followed this recipe by the letter and, unfortunately, my husband and I did not care for it. The red curry in this recipe is so overpowering that you don't taste the coconut milk, cilantro, lime, or any other flavor. With halibut being so very expensive right now, I would choose a recipe that will not overpower the fish's natural "sweetness." We had quite a bit leftoever and all that wonderful fish is going to waste. I gave this recipe 2 stars because it is a healthy recipe and that is always a plus.

OH MY GOSH! this was sooooooooooo good! i would totally order this in a restaurant any day, but since it's soooo easy, i can make it whenever i want! it's perfect with steamed spinach and rice! sadly there weren't any leftovers; we ate it ALL since it's so healthy and nobody felt guilty eating more :

This looked so good on TV that I went a found red curry paste. Not beinging of fan of overly spiced foods, my husband and I decided to give this a try. WOW! It was very flavorful, easy to prepare on a busy work night, and healthy. We've haven't been disappointed with any of Ellie's receipes.

My husband love this recipe and I liked it fairly well. He prefers spicier things. With the fish, sauce, spinach and rice, I was definitely full after eating this meal. That is the hardest thing when you are on a diet or trying to eat healthier - actually feeling full! I was very impressed.

Very tasty. If you like spicy it's for you! However I found it a little watery, and I used more cilantro & lime. Perhaps cook it at a higher temp.: like a flash-fry, or use less chicken broth. I would it make again!

This wasn't that great - it sounds like something I would LOVE so was very disappointed - the broth was too thin but also too spicy (I usually love spicy, but this time it just overpowered the other flavors I wouldn't make it again.

I have been trying to lose weight for my daughters wedding. This dish doesn't feel like diet food, nice rich broth. It has become a regular at our table.
