My entire family loved this recipe. My husband even said that it was a restaurant quality meal. I actually had to substitute salmon for the halibut, the results were fabulous!

This recipe is worth stocking your cabinets with the ingredients if you don't already have them. Full of flavor and easy to make, it's a great lite recipe for the health conscious. I didn't have halibut readily available so I used catfish, which was fine, and I think any mild whitefish would work in this recipe.

This recipe was very easy to make and OMG it was so good I couldn't stop talking about it. I tend to not like fish all that much but eat it because it's healthy. I could have eaten so much of this if I hadn't gotten so full : I normally avoid thai curries b/c they're heavy and calorie laden but this was perfect, the sauce was amazing and the spinach with the sauce was amazing and I'm a beginner cook so the fact that I was able to do it means it really is that simple and straightforward.

We loved this recipe, but used green curry paste. Not sure if the red is milder, but if not -- we could barely taste the curry at first, so I added more in and then it was almost too spicy to eat. It was good but I'm not sure I'd make it again unless I found a milder curry paste. The flavors were all so delicious that I wish it had been less spicy but with the same flavor!

This was a quick, easy, and very tasty meal. I might go lighter on the curry paste next time, however--perhaps one teaspoon to start. Still, it was fantastic and I will be making it again soon. We love Ellie's show!

Absolutely blown away by this recipe -- and I try lots of them. I made a few substitutions and it was great. I didn't have shallots so I substituted finely-chopped onion and it was fine. I also didn't want to spend almost $25/lb. for halibut so I substituted tilapia fillets. I didn't have red curry paste so I used green curry paste instead. Don't know which one is hotter but this was pretty spicy! My husband said it was almost too hot and spicy for him but I loved it. I've stocked up on red curry and shallots but think I will make it again with the tilapia. It was delicious and so much less expensive. Can't wait to have friends over so I can serve it to them, too.

This was fairly easy to prepare and the taste is great. My husband said it was even better the next day when he took if for his lunch.

It was alright, nothing really special.
A little too spicy and overwhelming.

My husband declared this is the best recipe I have tried since Giada's Roman Chicken (about 5 months ago. Interestingly enough, he supposedly "hates" cilantro. I also found halibut out of season so I bought frozen halibut filets found in my regular ol' grocery store's freezer. It tasted completely fresh and the sauce and fish were simply divine. Can't wait to try it with shrimp. The sauce reminds me of Tom Yum soup. Yummy! Do try this recipe!
