I love it; it was easy to make and very tasteful besides the fact that it's very nutritious.

This was the first chili I've ever tried to make, and it turned out fantastic. Granted, I took a few suggestions from other reviews. I added about 1 tbsp. of chili powder and a clove of garlic for more flavor. I might try adding some corn next time as I think it would work nicely with this recipe. Regarding the water, I refrained from adding it because so many people complained about runny chili. However, I ending up adding a little bit at a time because it was too thick to stir and cook without any. In the end, I believe I may have added a little MORE than 2 cups of water but it was still a nice and thick chili in the end. Not sure why there's such discrepancy with that.

We loooved this chili. It's probably the only chili we'll make from now on. We did add 2 extra chipotle peppers and extra adobo sauce because we like it spicy. It's especially good with a dollop of light sour cream on top.

I really enjoyed this Chili recipe. I liked that it added vegetables like carrots. I wasn't sure how carrots would work in the recipe but it didn't change the flavor too much but added much needed vegatables.

I took some of the suggestions made from other reviews and added 2 extra chipotle peppers (we like the heat and also added chili powder. I did use the fire roasted tomatoes which also gave it a kick. Yummy!
