Pretty tasty chili, but it was a little too watery for us. I also added salt, cumin. garlic powered, chili powder, and turmeric to my liking. (Couldn't find green chilies in adobo sauce.

Very good chili, I did add chili powder to it b/c as someone else said it didn't really taste like chili and it didn't but with some chili powder added it was really good! Will definitely be my go to chili from now on!

Excellent. Never made chili without chili powder before. Peppers were the perfect balance of heat and flavor.

It was ok. I added green chili to this and red pepper to make it a little spicier. We like some kick with our chili

I was a little disappointed with this recipe. Definitely not enough heat for our taste. But that can be easily rectified. Also a little watery, needs a little less water and something to thicken it all up. All in all a very tasty dish, very filling too. We had plain long grain rice as an accompaniment.

A VERY good recipe. The chipotle adds flavor but not heat so don't be afraid to add it. If you want the chili to be spicy, you may want to add more chipotle or even red pepper flakes or chili powder. But the recipe is very tasty, flavorful, and hearty. I had it with warm cornbread!

Easy perfection! I added more garlic and less cumin just because I love garlic and a tbsp of cumin goes a long way. Otherwise a fantastic chili recipe. My new go to chili.

You have to be skeptical of recipes with positive reviews when they inlcude10,000 alterations re-writing the recipe. I made no changes and the chili turned out awesome. The tiny bit of adobe sauce adds the most beautiful rich smoky flavor and heat. Chili powder is so overrated!

I added cayenne and also chili powder to give it more flavor and a little kick. Served over brown rice, not bad.
