Talk about tasty and easy to prepare. It doesn't get any better than that. I can see myself preparing this dish for my friends and family and then sitting back while all the compliments roll in. Great dish!!

A+ for the turkey meatballs. I did not have the carrots on hand, nor did I use fresh herbs (used dried in smaller amounts and they came out great. Made 12 meatballs.
I altered the sauce, using more tomato paste/water and fresh tomatoes in place of the diced fire roasted. Added a little more pepper to compensate. Also added some chopped eggplant I had already cooked in butter, and left out the rosemary. Complemented the turkey meatballs nicely! Will make again.

This was awesome my husband is King Carnivore , loves the beef....but he LOVED this receipe. We cooked the meatballs directly in sauce for about 2 1/2 hours..My husband boycotted the idea of putting them broiler....make meatballs on the smaller side..... Our friend we had for dinner had no idea they were turkey. .... We made wheat French bread subs instead of the the spaghettis. ..... Delishhhh......we made more sauce and added 3 chipotle peppers....perfect for adults...my 9 year old said it was a little too spicy....

I just made this pasta this week and it was super yummy! It was probably one of the best (if not the best pasta recipe that I've made. The only changes I made were to add some veggies (bell pepper, mushrooms, and celery to the pasta and a little chicken stock (to make a little more sauce. One thing to note is that this pasta doesn't make a lot of sauce. I think b/c the meatballs are supposed to be the main star. But, that was fine w/ me b/c I don't want all the extra sodium w/ the sauce! I will definitely make this again!

I only made the meatballs bc I already had sauce and try were amazing!!! They were juicy unlike some other meatballs I have tasted and they were healthy- what else could you ask for?!? Just FYI, make sure you don't add too much thyme as the flavor could get overwhelming, but if you like that flavor, you should have no problem either way. Enjoy, they were amazing!!!

I loved the meatballs! They were moist with tons of flavor from the herbs, carrots, and onion. I didnt have thyme so I substituted fresh oregano. I think the choice of herbs is really interchangeable because they turned out great! Next time I will be making the full recipe with the sauce and noodles

My husband is not a fan of ground turkey but I made a double-batch of this recipe for a friend avoiding red meat and my family. I was a bit nervous about meatballs with carrots in them but my family, husband and 3 kids, loved the meatballs. This is my new go to recipe for meatballs!

So good and I will make this again! I had a friend over for dinner who is not into healthy foods, and my husband who likes the usual meatballs and spaghetti, and they both loved it! The only thing I changed was that I added a little sugar to the tomato sauce, which I always do.
