very tasty and easy to prepare meal. I like the simple, step by step instructions that make it almost impossible to make an error. I loved the chipotle en andano - an ingredient I never knew existed that added a comfortable level of spice.

For the meatballs, instead of using carrots, I used a package of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dried. Broiling was a great idea to brown the meatballs without getting your stove all greasy. I flipped the meatballs and browned the other side for another 8 minutes. I can't wait to try the leftover meatballs and sauce for the hero sandwiches. I am so glad that Food Network finally came up with a healthy cooking program. I wish they would add other shows like a gourmet vegetarian program.

OH MY GOSH,THIS WAS SOOOOO GOOD!
I didn't use the chipotle sauce and it was still great and I will never use it knowing how yummy it was without it.
The meatballs were the best part of the entire dish, they were so moist and full of great flavor.I did however use wheat germ instead of the bread crumbs.

These are the best low fat, healthy meatballs I've ever fixed, you can not tell you are eating something "lite" They whole family enjoyed them and they have tons of flavor!

I've shared this recipe with countless folks all who rave about it. I've substituted no salt added tomatos to reduce the sodium intake and it is still wonderful.

This was so delicious. I love all the flavors combined and the fire-roasted tomatoes. I love the addition of healthy ingredients such as carrots and fresh herbs, each giving a texture and/or flavor that really adds to the dish. Thanks, Ellie! I love your show.

I tried this recipe last night and really enjoyed it. The sauce is so delicious as well as the meatballs! The only thing that I would advise people on is the length of time it takes to prepare this meal.....it is NOT quick! There is a lot prep work. But, the fresh herbs and garlic make this dish worth it!

It is easy to make and the herbs and spices give it so much flavor. Don't be afraid to put the chipotle in, it really gives it a great taste.

This was easy and tasted amazing. I love the chipolte pepper in the saice, and the carrots in the meatballs gave it a great texture. I can't believe this is healthy it tasted so good. This is great recipe for meatball subs too.
