Went with the instructions and couldn't go wrong. Just remember not to leave the meatballs in the oven too long.

Took me and my wife about 40 minutes to prepare though, but well worth the wait. We now have it at least once a week.

I have made these meatballs many times. They are very good and not dry in any way. I will not make meatballs any other way now. Would also be good with other kinds of meat.

These turkey meatballs were easy to make and soooo savory. Loved every bite and ate all the leftovers. And felt healthy doing it!

I cooked this and it was so yummy I will definitely make it again. My kids loved it too and they are fussy eaters.

I loved the recipe. My husband often craves spaghetti & meatballs. I have not been such a big fan. When I watched this I just had to try it and I am very glad. The meatballs were great - lots of flavor and very moist. The sauce was a perfect texture and had great flavor, too. Next time I will add more chipotle - that stuff is great and we like a little kick to our marinara.

I'd have given it five stars except my meatballs were a little dense even though I soaked the breadcrumbs in milk and I know I didn't overwork the meat mixture. But still, with the chipotle spiked sauce and the whole wheat pasta, this really was a delicious comfort food dinner. Definitely will make again especially because the sauce was so quick and easy and only required one can of tomatoes. (When I have more time I usually make Alton's pantry tomato sauce, but Ellie's method is great for a quick dinner.
