Ellie is a genious. Seriously. This was so good. I made it tonight for my husband, brother and cousin and they all couldn't believe how good it was and better yet healthy. They loved the turkey and all the flavors mixed with it, the tomato sauce and even the multi-grain pasta...and I agree with them about it all! You can't go wrong with this dish...its so satisfying! Thank you so much Ellie!

No ground turkey or fire-roasted tomatoes at our grocery store so I used ground buffalo and a whole chipotle chili in adobe sauce. So tasty! And the meatballs heros the next day were great too. Thank you Ellie!

I loved this recipe and it was actually quite easy to make. I look forward to usign the left overs for meatball subs too. The sauce was just right. Next tiem I plan on making double and adding a little red wine to bring out different flavors. i didn't use the chilis but rec pepper flakes.

I made this tonight for dinner and it was awesome. I will definetly make this dish again. Because I like things a little more spicy I used 3 of the chipolte en adobe.

The chipolte en adobe can be found in most grocery stores in the Mexican section.

Made this last night and it was great. I couldn't find chipotles in adobo, so I just sprinkled some red pepper flakes in for heat. This is a really filling and healthy meal. We loved it.

This spaghetti and meatball recipe is the best I have ever had. I made this, the salad and the rice pudding for lunch for me and some friends and family today and it turned out very nicely. Try it!
