Very tasty and moist! I'll make this again : I only made the meatballs due to time contraints, and used a 32 oz jar of Muir Glen Organic Garlic Roasted Garlic pasta sauce I got at Whole Foods. It made about 16 generous meatballs which turned out perfectly. I used ground turkey thigh, since I was afraid turkey breast would be dry, as some mentioned. I would suggest mincing the onion. I had a hard time "mincing" the thyme, so just left the little leaves as they were. Left the parsley out completely. After broiling the meatballs, I just put them in the pot of hot sauce and cooked an additional 10 minutes. Turned out great and was very yummy!!

Great recipe. I didn't have chipotle chili in adobo so I bought a can of fire roasted tomatoes with chipotle and it tasted great! My difficult to please boyfriend loved it too.
My only complaint is that my turkey meatballs turned out a little dry. Could be because I used 99% lean ground turkey. Next time I'll add some olive oil to the meatball mixture. So yummy!

I thought the meatballs were great! I am allergic to eggs so instead of the beaten egg, I used more olive oil. Also, I used italian seasoning to season the meatballs.
I actually did not make the sauce because I was mainly looking for a turkey meatball recipe and it was great! It is really hard to make moist ground turkey ANYthing, let alone meatballs without eggs. They were very moist and deeeeelicious!! :o

This was pretty good. The meatballs and sauce were both good, but it wasn't enough sauce for me, so I added a jar of store bought sauce and it was perfect.

The meatballs are 5 star, but the sauce...that's a different story. Nobody in my household could finish their spaghetti because we all disliked the sauce. Next time, I'll ditch the sauce and just make the meatballs.

The meatballs were very moist. Our only complaint was that they didn't have enough flavor. Next time I think we will use a mixture of half turkey, half turkey sausage. Otherwise it was a very simple recipe.

Delicious! The meatballs were moist and very tasty. I didn't have parsley, so I used dried basil. My toddler couldn't get enough of it.

It's sometimes a challenge trying to get my kids to eat healthy. This recipe has always been a hit in our home and it's something I can whip together. I prepare the meatballs ahead of time so when we walk in the door late in the evening... it's a snap!
