I love Elie's recipes because they are invariably healthy and delish. They are good for you, but they taste really good too! I gave this 5 starts for those reasons. The meatballs are very flavorful and the sauce is more zesty than spicy. A great family meal. Next time I will make double batch and freeze the leftovers!

i haven't made the sauce from ellies recipe, but these are my go to meatballs. they are really pretty tasty and very healthy! i do recommend, however, to use your discretion when seasoning. my family personally likes more flavor then you get from her recipe, but even as is its really good.

I loved your receipe for turkey meatballs, i just used the receipe for the meatballs not the sauce, since i make my own sauce and the family likes it. but last year we started substituting ground turkey for ground beef and i always try to find new ways to use it and for it to taste good.
well everyone loved these, i made it with wheat pasta it was a big hit, and u could even just make the meatball with sauce and make hogies out of them becuase the are great with out the pasta!! thank you

I can't believe I tried something new on my family and they loved it!! Wow. Even my picky 19 year old daughter complimented me on both the meatballs with spagetti, and the meatball hoagies!

Just wish Ellie would put the nutrional value on her on-line recipes like she does in her books. I am on weightwatchers, and have to sit and calculate the points from the ingredients. Much easier when I have the nutritional values.

I think people give out WAY TOO MANY 5 stars, but this one deserves it. Not is it only healthy, but the meatballs are to die for. Make sure to broil them til they get a little brown. The vegetables in the meatballs help to keep them moist OMG. I keep this recipe in the freezer for those times. Love the kick from the chipotle

Had I known how easy and delicious making your own spaghetti sauce out of canned tomatoes was, I would have done it years ago! I'll never buy a canned spaghetti sauce again!!!

We were watching your show yesterday as I was making breakfast and I told my husband to turn the volume up. He said "I want that for dinner...I really want spaghetti." I've made turkey meatballs before, but not like these. Your recipe was FULL of flavor. We've tried two of your recipes so far and my husband loves all of them. He liked the meatballs so much he told me to be prepared to keep making them. Tonight we are making those delicious turkey burgers stuffed with green olives. Thank you so much for your great ideas and recipes! I hope your show continues with more creative and healthy ideas. Thank you for saving our dinners Ellie!
