Very good, wholesome and full of flavor! Love the crunch of the walnuts and the plump raisins (definitely cook them with the oatmeal so they're nice and juicy. Hubby doesn't really like oatmeal but he loved this!

I doubled the batch and put it in individual containers. Each morning I would take of the lid, pop it in the microwave while making my cup of coffee, then add 0% milk and roasted walnuts I kept in the cuboard.

    Easy. Delish. Healthy. Take-out breakfast!

I needed to find a way to have breakfast each day and this is it!

Spices really make it fabulous...and adding the raisins during the cooking process makes them plump and really a treat when you bite into them! Used 1 tsp or less per serving.

    Such a nice little treat.

I love learning new, quick ideas for breakfast. I had been eating her recipe for cherry-vanilla oatmeal nearly every morning for a while, but now I have another delicious oatmeal recipe to add to my mornings!
