Tastes great, easy to make, and a great filling lunch to make on the weekend and eat during the week. A great recipe worth having in the library.

This salad was so good and so easy to make! Toasting the nuts really added flavor. I will definitely make this again. Thanks!

I have to thank Whole Foods for introducing me to wheat berry. I love this salad! I put very little oil and couple of tbspns of honey-mustard. It really kicks up the flavor.

I absolutely love this salad - it's refreshing, light, crunchy!! I made it weight watcher's friendly by reducing the quantity of nuts and I cut the olive oil in half. Even my husband who is very finicky eater (read: food snob loved this recipe! I will be making this quite often. Thanks Ellie! :-

I made this recipe with reservations since I had never cooked wheat berries before. I cut the olive oil in half and walnuts down by a third to have less fat. I made half a recipe and it's a good thing I did because I can't stop eating it. I found it quite wonderful and well worth the investment of time it took.

I use wheatberries as I would any other salad base. I add sliced red cabbage, red onion, garbanzo beans, pistachio nuts, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. I buy the wheatberries at my local health food store and always buy two bags because I love this salad so much. It can be as healthful as you want it to be!!

I made this as a side dish for dinner and it was excellent! The flavors were well-balanced (savory from the lemon and scallion and sweet from the dried cherries and the chewy wheat berries were very satisfying. Plus it's light and healthy. I'll definitely make it again soon!
