This was incredibly delicious! I did not follow the recipe exactly, I used to jalapenos (seeded and two green bell peppers....but everything else the same and it was delicious!! The spice amounts can be bumped up just a bit...I doubled this recipe for left overs to take to work for lunch. I grated the garlic into the veggies instead of mincing it...that works out better for distributing garlic I think. I used about 5 cloves though...I like things more garlic-ie. This is a must try for a good white chili!! I just made standard Jiffy corn bread with this. Thanks Ellie!

I absolutely love this recipe. It dosen't taste like a "healthy" meal. The first time I made it with ground turkey and it was good, but not great. The next time, I used shredded chicken breasts that I cooked ahead and it made all the difference. This is really yummy, easy to make and is great as leftovers. I recommended the recipe to my mom and dad and they loved it too!

This was a simple and very flavorful recipe. I didn't have any hominy so I added a cup of pastina to thicken. Delicious. I also didn't have any yogurt or sour cream but it was wonderful anyway.

l loved this chili. I thought the flavor was wonderful and I am always looking for a reason to use poblanos. I also dashed in some chipotle, mostly because my boyfriend loves that spice and someone else said it worked fine. I left it on the stove for an extra 10 mins and it seemed to be a great chunky consistency. Wish I would have had some sour cream, because that sounded good. Mmmm. Anything this good for you and yet SO tasty always seems a little like black magic :-

This was a lot more flavorful than I expected. I didn't have any chili peppers, so I put in a little chili powder and also added a bay leaf in at the end. It is sooo healthy and YUMMY.

I had never tried hominy, but decided to give it a shot and thought it was great. The chili was very hearty, not too much broth and not too little. I only kept it on the stove for 30 minutes since everything was cooked through and we were hungry. I threw in 1/2 cup of leftover pumpkin puree, which thickened it ever so slightly (and was not noticed by my boyfried who says he doesn't like pumpkin. I loved the toppings and we had all three. The yogurt helps cool the cayenne heat and you need the lime's acid. My boyfriend says he doesn't like yogurt, but he loved this chili since he didn't know it was in there!

My husband is pretty picky about food and always wants to know how much butter or oil is in the recipe (he's a fitness buff however he LOVED this chili. I left out the yogurt and the lime (the yogurt because I didn't have any and the lime because I forgot. It didn't deter my husband, he had 3 helpings at dinner and said he would eat the leftovers too. I will definitely keep this recipe and add it our list of favorite dishes. It's perfect for the cold days here in Michigan.
