Delicious. I will make again and again. A little soup-like but the yogurt, lime and cilantro somehow mask this. Even better the next day and thicker.

After reading reviews, I was expecting a chili that would blow my mind. It ended up being just a "good" chili. I followed the recipe as is and think I prefer the traditional red chili.

Wow!! Absolutely amazing. The combination of flavors is perfect. It is a must though, to top with the yogurt, cilantro, and lime; this is the real kicker. Great dish :

Very good chili. I take out some of it and put it in a separate pot before I add the spicy stuff. My husband likes it really spicy but the rest of us do not. I broil the poblanos and then put it in a brown paper bag to "sweat" to take the skin off and add a smoky taste to it. Yum.

Love the chili and will certainly make this one again! Thanks Ellie for another great healthy and delicious recipe! I made it exactly per the recipe. Agree with another reviewer that made cornbread to go with it. Perfect fall/winter dinner!

Love this chili! I sometimes substitute chicken for the turkey and diced green chilis for the poblanos, still delicious.

This is the best chili I have tasted or even made! As with all of Ellie's recipes, it was straight forward and once finished, I couldn't stop eating it. I can't wait to make it for a tailgate event. My husband asks for this dish all the time in the Fall and Winter.

My go to white chili recipe. I've been making it for 3 years now. I absolutely love this recipe!! Delicious healthy spin on chili. Its different than most chili recipes, another reason I love it. The depth of flavor is amazing!! And its healthy too!! Win win!
