This is FANTASTIC. We thought it was the best white chili we had ever eaten. Most white chili's don't have too much flavor. This was perfect for our taste. This is good enough to even feed guests!!!

Fabulous. I roasted the poblanos and then peeled and diced them. I doubled the recipe but didn't have enough poblanos so I put in a small can of chilies. I didn't have hominy so I put in canned corn. Other than that, absolutely wonderful recipe!!

My husband and I loved it. Used left over cubed turkey breat insyead of ground turkey. Also did not have ground coriander, so used 1 T chili powder, and added a diced jalepeno and a bay leaf. Omitted the hominy as I'm always looking to decrease carbs.

This is fantastic, love all the flavors together. Easy to make. The yogurt really sets it off. Next time, I'll add the lime & fresh cilantro.

Great recipe! Just make sure to wear gloves when cutting the poblano peppers -- my hands burned for 10 hours afterwards since I cut them bare handed, even though I washed my hands and soaked them in milk multiple times...oh well. It was worth the meal...very tasty, and my husband loved it! This recipe makes quite a lot, and we've eaten it for 2 meals already.

This is very good and easy to make. I roasted the peppers to give it that flavor and it turned out great! You must try this!

Great recipe! Had to adjust the amount of coriander and cumin, used chipotle powder instead of the cayenne pepper, and threw in a chopped jalapeno for added intensity of flavor. The yogurt, cilantro and lime add the most amazing depth of flavor. I know this is supposed to be a healthier version of chili, but could not resist crumbling some tortilla chips and adding a tiny bit of Monterey Jack over the whole thing: A tear rolled down my cheek in culinary pleasure! Will make this over and over again. Thanks, Ellie!

I loved this. I made it during a weekend of soup making and had it two days in a row. I will make again very soon and freeze for the winter. Using organic ground turkey make me feel a lot better about my choice.

I just had two bowls of this at a "girl's night" last night and LOVED IT! The only thing added that bumped it up were shredded tortia chips on top.
