Ellie is the best! This is my go-to drink recipe for any "fancy" party! I love how fresh and drinkable it is, but it still packs a punch. I use tonic water instead of club soda and have added a few other fruits to up the pretty level. This is a great recipe!

I've made a few white sangrias and this is by far my favorite. Other recipes I've made were good, but a bit heavy on the alcohol and resulted in people being bombed after a glass or two. This recipe is light in taste and alcohol and is perfect for a summer party. I chose to use the club soda over the lemon lime soda and followed the recommendations of other reviewers to use peach brandy in place of the brandy. Delicious!!
*I also used Ellie's red sangria recipe which is the same, except with red wine, excellent as well.

Loved this white wine sangria. We prepared this for my daughter's bridal shower and it was a big, big hit! Sauvignon blanc worked well in this recipe, and we found that it needed more club soda than the ingredient list calls for. We used 1/2 liter of soda - a 1/2 cup was not enough. I wonder if the 1/2 cup is a typo???

"As is", this recipe is pretty strong to me. Had to add extra OJ to the glass. But enjoyed it very much after that.
I used a nice Sauvignon Blanc wine for the base. Maybe it was the Brandy that I did not care for.
