The flavors in this recipe are perfect together. It will be a regular in our
home. As a diabetic, I especially appreciate the nutritional info per serving.
I wish all recipes included this ingredient!

I don't usually like fruit in my pancakes, but I loved the apple in these pancakes! I didn't make the nutty topping, but will definitely try it next time.

My husband and I both agree that this has to be the BEST pancake recipe we have ever had! The only changes we made was we used Soy milk instead of lowfat milk and we added cinnamon to the batter. In addition, we used 100% pure organic maple syrup.

My family of 12 said this is now their favorite pancakes. I prepared the dry ingredients and Nutty Topping the day before. It was then as fast and easy as boxed pancakes to make but sooooo much better. I replaced the wheat germ with flaxseed since I had it on hand. Thanks Ellie for a great Family Favorite!

Everyone in my family loved these pancakes, which is a rare occurrence. I'll definitely be making these again.

The topping is wonderful! My husband loved it, as did I. I made extra topping which we plan on using during the week with salads or sprinkling over yogurt. This was a great Sunday breakfast but a bit too much work for our hurried weekday mornings.

By following the advice from Ellie and making the pancakes just as she taught on her show, they were light and fluffy and so good. My family loved this recipe. Thanks Ellie, on my way to a 45 pound weight loss - 25 more to go. Your show has taught me so much about nutrition. I bought the new cookbook and I love it - no recipe has disappointed me.
