This pasta salad is soooo good! It was super easy to make and keeps really well in the fridge. The only change I made was to use olive oil instead of the walnut oil because I couldn't find it at the store. I am already making this again.

Healthy and delicious! I bought a square of feta cheese and crumbled it myself, its half the price.

Great recipe. I added a little bit more of garlic though.

This pasta salad is delicious. I am not normally a fan of whole wheat pasta but this is very tasty. I prepared it exactly as the recipe stated. It also makes a very nice presentation. It's a keeper.

It was great! I made a few changes:

Added a little honey to the dressing
    Substituted Pine nuts for walnuts
    Finely diced the red onion
Added spinach and onion to the pot to wilt and collect some flavor
Added the pasta/nuts and vinaigrette, turned heat off and mixed ingredients

    Great recipe though!!!

This is a delicious salad, but definitely needs more dressing. Also, the leftovers always have an unappetizing pink cast the next day. I experimented with white wine vinegar in the dressing and that works much better, eliminating the color issue.

Delicious! We did not use onions but threw in asparagus and grape tomatoes. It was a wonderful vegetarian meal for a hot day, but it would make a perfect side as well.

This is a delicious salad. But I think the recipe's ratio for the oil and vinegar is off (it's 1:1 instead of 3:1.
