This is a delicious salad, but definitely needs more dressing. Also, the leftovers always have an unappetizing pink cast the next day. I experimented with white wine vinegar in the dressing and that works much better, eliminating the color issue.

Delicious! We did not use onions but threw in asparagus and grape tomatoes. It was a wonderful vegetarian meal for a hot day, but it would make a perfect side as well.

This is a delicious salad. But I think the recipe's ratio for the oil and vinegar is off (it's 1:1 instead of 3:1.

This was so easy to put together and was a great change from the usual sides I've served at BBQ's. My husband and friends loved it and it will become our go to dish for future pot lucks.

Like others, I used more dressing and changed the ingredient amounts slightly to boost the flavor. I also added blueberries to the final version, which gave it a great tart finish!

I made this salad warm including the spinach, it was excellent-I should have doubled the dressing as the recipe amounts made a very tiny amount . But still delish, husband loved it. Will make again and try it as a cold salad.

I just love this salad. I was able to break it down so that I just made 1 serving for myself. It's easy to make and the many different flavors you get with each forkful is just so tasty! I have been thinking of this salad ever since I made it 4 days ago!

I decided to try something healty for my bar-b-que and was pleasantly surprised. I did do some modifications. I doubled the dressing and I substiuted the walnut oil with virgin olive oil. Still very delicous. I also used half the onion since I'm not a real big onion fan. And I found everyone enjoyed the wheat noodles. Everyone went and got seconds.

I was nervous when I brought out this pasta for the family bbq because everyone was almost done eating(I showed up late but I was excited when people came back for seconds and thirds. The recipe was great, I added a tad more vinegar since I did not have time to double the dressing and wanted to make sure it still had a distinct flavor. I can usually tell when pasta is whole wheat in dishes but this was perfect I will definitely be making it again soon!
