I sort of used what I had to make this - leftover spirals (not whole wheat, pecans (no walnuts in house, and rice vinegar (no red wine and olive oil. I enjoyed it very much. Also added some cut up tomato. Will make again for family.

My husband doesn't care for nuts in his food, but I do, so I made this pasta salad. He really enjoyed it as did all 3 of my kids. Easy to make and Healthy too!! Can't go wrong there. Enjoy!

This salad was delicious and easy to make. However, I think next time I might double the amount of ingredients for the dressing since it was slightly dry, especially the next day.

I did not have anything to bring for lunch so I threw this together one morning with ingredients I had on hand. It couldn't have been easier and it tastes great.
