You made it look so Easy!! Haha, I struggled with multitasking, but it DELICIOUS! Unfortunately my grocery store didn't carry the phyllo dough, and my husband insisted we use red potatoes but it was perfect. Had lots of flavor and the mix of veggies was great! If I could fit anything else in it, I'd add corn maybe! Yummy! Leftovers also just keep getting better...

This was a great recipe I loved it. i don't think it was bland at all it was delicious. My husband who is not a fan of chicken loved this pot pie Thanks Ellie. The only thing I would like to know does anyone know how many calories are in this wonderful stuff. Is it the nutrition facts to the right of my page of the recipe.

The only thing I can say is YUM!!! I made this today based on all the excellent reviews, but I did make one switch that I didn't see in the other reviews. I used frozen leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. It was a wonderful way to revive that wonderful taste we all had almost 3 months ago. Also - i didn't use the leeks as i am not a fan.

Amazing! I love this recipe and have made it numerous times. Adding the carrots was a great idea and I too switched to the prepared pie crust topping instead of the filo. The first time it was a bit bland, but just bumped up the seasonings to my taste. Very unique recipe and much enjoyed!

Very healthy, very good. People talk about it being bland, but it wasn't. I added carrots, like many others did but also instead of chicken, I had left over ham from Thanksgiving. It made the taste POP! Very yummy, better than my mom's potpie. My husband enjoyed it. Should make more later. Had some "everything" bread, it went wonderful with some champain!

My husband and I loved this recipe! He loves pot pies but because we're trying to reduce his cholesterol and blood sugar, this was a wonderful alternative. Prep was a bit more extensive than I usually like and I had trouble with the filo, but all in all, it was a tasty meal!

My family didn't go for the filo crust, but other than that, I love how much healthier this recipe is than a traditional, heavy pot pie. I make it in a full pie pan and we LOVE the filling. I must admit that I usually use a regular pie crust. :

I thought that these were ok... I was disappointed in the filo crust, as the pies were so nuclear that they had to cool for awhile, and so the crust just sogged into the filling. DH liked it, but that might have been because I gave him way more layers than 3.
