This is definitely a keeper! I substituted carrots & broccoli for the greenbeans & peas. I also used 6 sheets of phyllo dough cut in half (each dish got 3 half sheets, instead of 3 quarter sheets. Delicious AND low-fat! My husband loved it too!

I thought the outcome of the recipe was really bland. I even tried adding sme additional seasonings, but it still wasn't enough. I won't be making this one again.

My first try of this dish was a small casual dinner party and it was a success. I took the advice from other reviews and used onion instead of leeks (which I couldn't find and put it into one big dish. There is a bit of chopping, and since I am a slow chopper I cut up the veggies first (I put the potatoes in water to sit, and then cut up the chicken. I thought the phyllo was fine, but it is not the focus of the meal. It had the best filling of a chicken pot pie I have ever had. I loved all of the veggies and their colors. I will definitely make this a winter time staple.

A little more prep than I am used to but it was worth it. My family loved it. It was a nice change from the norm. My husband did request another sheet of two of the phyllo just for more texture. Definitely in the running for a family favorite.

I have finally found a great lower fat recipe for this favorite! Needs more salt and it will be perfect!

This was so easy and fun and delicious! There's just something adorable and fun about having individual entrees. My husband and I both loved this. I made this and my husband was late coming home from work, but it reheated nicely. Will definitely make this again.

Four HUGE servings. Needs a little more seasoning, possibly garlic.
