    Family gave it a four thumbs up. I used panko bread crumbs for a bit more crunch. Next time I'd add a little more salt and like another reviewed said, sprinkle cheese on top.

    These came out Crispy and absolutely delicious!! The dipping takes time but if you do 3 or 4 at a time it goes by fast.

    This couldn't be easier and when I gave a plate of these to my anti vegetable eating son and husband, they both loved them. I did add an extra sprinkle of cheese just before cooking and you need to eat these hot. Great hit

    This is a fantastic and quick recipe and it comes in handy if you have a garden and don't know what to do with all your zucchini!! I love these and made them 3 times yesterday and have more requests for more today! Thanks, Ellie!

    I made these paired next to some grilled chicken. The taste is amazing and I would definitely make again. I used already grated parm cheese and it would be even better with fresh.
