I made this recipe because it looked just like a recipe I tried at an Italian restaurant, just that they cut the zucchini in long strips and they were super tasty. This recipe is OK, but when I crave them I just buy them because they are just not the same.

So easy. I only added the cheese and seasoned bread crumbs to the top. Keeps the calories down and keeps the bottom from burning. Excellent way to use some of the extra large zucchini from your garden. A definite repeat.

These are really delicious. Even my daughter who has issues with vegetables went back for seconds. I should have made more....next time! I too found they didnt need 25 minutes. About 10 to 15 is enough or they burn on the bottom.

These are fantastic! Very quick and easy, and just like fried zucchini, without the guilt! I add a little extra salt and pepper for more taste, as well as seasoned breadcrumbs. Watch the baking time though...I find mine are done in about 10-12 minutes. They burn quickly if left in too long, and believe me, 25-30 is an absurd amount of time for these!

I'm not sure why these have such a high rating. I thought they were pretty boring and just OK. Not enough flavor.

Excellent, easy I followed the recipe pretty close, with the exception of using zucchini and summer squash, very satisfying, great flavor, I will be making this often! Great fake 'fried' food!!!

I loved them they came out so crispy! Didn't have fresh parm but it still worked great with the stuff outta the cupboard.

Turned out delicious! Even the hubby (who hates eating his vegetables enjoyed this. Make sure you watch the zucchini in the oven so that it doesn't burn on the bottom side.
