I don't usually like zucchini but this recipe is great!! I made this and brought it to my parents' for a family dinner and I got a lot of compliments!

Amazing! Decided to test these while trying out various recipes for my upcoming Christmas Party. I didn't intend to really eat many, but just ascertain if they would be right for my gathering. I couldn't stop eating them! Like someone else recommended, I added a bit of melted butter to the Olive Oil to give more flavor. I also used seasoned bread crumbs. This is a hit for sure!

I made these last night for dinner...they were fantastic!!! Going to try the same thing with onion rings tonight! I will be making these a lot. Super easy too.

I love these zucchini crisps!! I eat them all the time as a side to my main dish. They're not incredibly crispy, but I like them anyway!

love these, my sweet aunt ruth gave me this recipe last summer, guess she loves ellie too! i add a pinch of cayenne for a little bam! have been using the new reynolds non-stick foil, it is amazing!!! works really well on these, and i do still spray the foil! italian bread crumbs are good too! love you ellie!!
