This was SO hum hum - not bad, not good. Was so surprised with the good rating - so many better ways to fix zucchini.

Made this a few times and everyone raves. I used already seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs and the parmesan cheese. I didn't turn them midway thru cooking cause they started to stick but they browned on both sides anyway. Did not slice them too thin cause they taste too much like breadcrumbs and not enough like zucchini so cooked them a few minutes longer. Definitely a keeper

I wasn;t feeling this... I love zucchini and a love parmesan, but I didn't like them together. Maybe I messed up the recipe, but I did not like it. My boyfriend still thought it was tasty, but I don't think I'll be making this again.

My daughter and I wanted a quick and healthy snack and I thought well this could be interesting..... WOW oh WOW we tore them up! She asked if we could make some more tomorrow.. The best part is you don't feel guilty at all about eating them all!

This is a great simple and quick healthy snack. I was a little uneven with my zucchini slices, make sure to slice them very thin or they wont crisp. The breadcrumbs didn't stick very well with just oil, so I dusted the upper face of the zucchini chips with the breadcrumbs, baked for 10 mins, turned them over and dusted fresh breadcrumbs on the now upper surface. Bit of a pain but worked like a charm.

These are amazing, I was quite surprised. I can't stop eating them! I did line my pan with foil and it was so nice not to have to clean up a mess.

These are amazing! Whether they're made as a side dish, an appetizer, or a snack, they are so delicious, and it seems I can never make enough. I usually line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, instead of using cooking spray, because it completely cuts down on clean-up.

Great idea for not to fry the zucchini...some curshed garlic is needed. Buy smaller ones, as it has less soft center, thus less soggy. Dip in the egg white is a better idea for having the bread crumbs to stick better than oil.

You can even do shrimp the same way with Panko, add any spices you wish.... make sure not to over cook.

These were fantastic! What a great and healthy appetizer or snack. Also a wonderful way to use up that zucchini. I love the pairing of zucchini and parmesan! http://onecoupleskitchen.blogspot.com/2010/04/ellie-kriegers-zucchini-parmesan-crisps.html
