This was another great meal from Ellie. I only used green zucchini and was very delicous. I personally thought it was a little to hot and would use only 1/2 the red peper flakes but my husband thought it was perfect. Just personal preferance. I would love to see this show on everyday!!!!

This was a great way to get my kids to eat some veggies. They didn't even realize the zucchini was in the pasta.

This was great for a nice light dinner. I only used a 1/2lb instead of 3/4lb of pasta and it was the perfect amount for 4 dinner portions. AWESOME!
