    I always said that nothing could beat my mom's lasagna, until my husband and I came across this! WOW! We make huge batches of this and freeze it for easy dinners. We have also served this for company (and bosses!! and it's a hit every time!

    I used this recipie in my first attempt at lasagna, and it turned out great! I was worried about the uncooked noodles, but they turned out exactly as they should have. I used more sauce than the recipie called for (luckily the sauce recipie produces more than what the lasagna recipie requires and it was definitely the right move. I got lots of compliments!

    I am not a big fan of lasagna, but my husband is, so I decided to try this recipe. It was a hit! He said it was the best lasagna he has ever had!! And to tell you the truth I even liked it!! Thanks Emeril for the great recipe.

    Even with a family of 6 picky people, this managed to please everyone. A miracle, I'd say. We all definitely looked forward to leftovers the following day...

    This lasagna is awesome. The lasagna itself as well as the homemade sauce are to die for. I even served it to someone who usually doesn't like lasagna and he loved it. This was devoured by four people with only two slices left. Serve it with some garlic bread and it can't be beaten.

    I am far from a good cook so I took a big chance and used this recipe to cook for my in-laws (10 people... it was so easy to make and I am still being praised for how good it tasted!!! My husband was relieved. I doubled the recipe and enjoyed the leftovers all week. DELICIOSO!!

    This was very simple to make, no complicated ingredients. It was my first time making a lasagna and did not take long to make. Loved it!
