I was overwhelmed looking for a good recipe for Chili that my husband would love! There we so many Chili recipes but I just wanting a normal, classic, and delicious Chili rcipe. In the end I decided to try this one which looks pretty classic except for the cinnammon. I have to say, this will be my Chili recipe from now on! It is the best Chili I ever tasted! My husband absolutely loved it! I used all can beans and I was a little worried about the cinnamon but it is so little that you can't really taste it. If you are confused looking for a Chili recipe, try this one and yiu will be hooked! Forever!

While it was cooking all I could smell was the cinnamon. I have never used that spice with a meat mixture before, just for baking.

Super easy recipe especially if you used canned beans instead of dry, and it's really delicious. Much thicker (and better in my opinion the day after. Total keeper.

Worth using all the varieties, and the fresher the spices, the better. Two thumbs up!

This recipe is great! I have tried it with ground sirloin and ground turkey... It is fabulous either way. We have leftovers the next day that are even better! Two thumbs up!

This is the tastiest chili I've ever made, or had at a restaurant. The beans give it a good, distinctive flavor. I let mine cook on low for a couple of hours, which seems to really make it fabulous. Enjoy!

Emeril is fantastic. His recipes also "inspire to improvise".
I changed this a bit by using 1 lb. of ground pork and 1 lb. of mild italian sausage,
1 can of chillis instead of the green pepper. because we do not like beef, i used chicken stock and drained and rinsed the beans. i also added diced avocado to the condiments and served with hot corn bread.
being a little tight on the $$ right now, i served it with some inexpensive red wine for a casual dinner party. everybody loved it . serve some crudities and
dips or an antipasto platter before hand and you don't need a salad.
a tres leche frozen yogurt or creme caramel ice cream would make a great dessert...easy, carefree, and it doesn't break the bank.
the chili is even better on the second or third day.
thanks emeril......BAM.

My boyfriend gets so excited every time I make it... watch out for the after-effects of the 5-beans!
