Outstanding! I had no fresh thyme, so I used 1/2 tsp dried per sprig in the recipe (and used fresh rosemary to garnish instead. The pasta recipe works well in my pasta machine and it was delicious. I was called away after making it and wrapping it in plastic wrap, so I refrigerated it overnight. I was afraid it wouldn't work, but with a little warmth from the microwave, and a little added water, it went through the pasta machine just fine. I think the only thing "difficult" about this recipe is the timing of it all. Take the time to prepare your ingredients and line them up as you will use them first. Get your pasta water boiling. Then start on the lamb. Oh.my.goodness! This was delicious! My husband and I have been rating our meals since we went empty nest, and this one was a 9 1/2 of 10 for us. The only other dish to rate higher in 5 years, got that rating because it was also extremely easy to put together. Enjoy!

This was so easy, yet tasted as though I had spent hours in the kitchen. Bonus: The aroma is heavenly.

I thought this dish was simple to prepare not much time involved. All ingredients were available in my kitchen no need to travel to put it together. Very good tasting. I would serve it to friends at a dinner party.
Thanks

Fills the kitchen with a wonderful aroma and isn't particularly difficult if you prepare in advance. Adding a tablespoon of butter to the sauce at the end helped consummate the receipe. Try using shallots and chopped kalamata olives (in place of black olives/onions for an even more distinctive flavor. Great with a Syrah and some crusty bread.
