- Wasabi, for dipping
- Pickled ginger, as an accompaniment
- Mizuna or other decorative greens, for garnish
Directions
Slice amberjack fillets on the bias into 1/4-inch thick slices. Serve on a plate, arranged decoratively with accompaniments and garnishes alongside.
