Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound sushi-quality amberjack fillets
  • Soy sauce, for dipping
  • Wasabi, for dipping
  • Pickled ginger, as an accompaniment
  • Mizuna or other decorative greens, for garnish

Directions

Slice amberjack fillets on the bias into 1/4-inch thick slices. Serve on a plate, arranged decoratively with accompaniments and garnishes alongside.
