My husband made these and they were terrfic. You can't go wrong. The remoulade sauce is terrific and great for more then just burgers.

The flavors were incredible! The Creole Remoulade Sauce could be used on just about any grilled sandwich. I grilled the onions along with some Roma tomatoes for mine. Our friends loved them. A word of warning - These are messy to eat, but once you saddle one of these babies in your hand you will not want to put it down.

I'm sorry, but you CAN'T GO WRONG with this recipe! I typically use turkey meat with this because I find heavily flavored/spiced dishes are needed to liven up the meat. But seriously, Emeril's remoulade &the adouille burgers with suggested fixin's...SOLID. I've never had a guest leave without raving about this meal. Perfect for summer!

These were some of the best burgers that I have ever had. My husband loved them too. I will be making these again. Thanks Emeril!

This is a fairly good recipe, but it tends to be a bit dry. I recommend using meat that is not too lean. The flavor is great.

I only made the Remoulade Sauce for some crab cakes. It was delicious. The sauce is extremely easy to make.
