Love the flavor of this dish when I had it at a restaurant once, but it took 2-3 attempts to do it right myself. The recipe is seemingly simple, but requires skill and experience to execute it properly. The first time, I cooked the garlic a little too long before throwing the pasta into the pan. Understandably it did not turn out well. After that, I fine tuned the heat and timing and everything came out right.

Love this recipe! It's surprisingly easy to make. Not sure what the folks who claim this recipe has no flavor are doing wrong, especially since it's so easy to prepare. I have three teenagers who will eat the leftover pasta with nothing else. However, I find that it works well with seafood and fish -- especially salmon. I did not see the TV episode when this dish was prepared, but I will definately try it with parley and parmesan next time.

I normally stay up late and one night I strongly craved "angel hair" pasta! So I came across this recipe and thought it would be perfect. It was ok, as in I wouldn't not eat it but had no flavor other than a little spiciness from the chili flakes. I gave it 3 stars because of its easiness/quickness.
