Easy to make. Not too sweet. I omitted the glaze and added ⅛ tsp ground cloves. Perfect with a cup of coffee!

oh wow. this recipe is PERFECTION. I made this on a whim because i just happened to have all the ingredients already and was craving a yummy fall treat. so easy to whip together. i used my fave apples, honeycrisp and didnt peel them bc the skin is the best part! i did like the glaze but it is really sweet... i guess it depends on your taste. my husband brought the leftovers to work at the firehouse tonight for the guys : def. a keeper!

I subbed sour cream for light sour cream, and a can of apples in place of the fresh... faster and easier for a hurry up gift!

Delicious, easy and inexpensive! I loved it. I didn't see the need to peel the apples and it turned out fine.

Great recipe. I'm not a big fan of sour cream but you can't taste it one the cake is baked. I subbed the regular sour cream for light:

Delicious! I didn`t make the glaze and it was great without it. I will definitely be making this again and again.

Yes - fabulous. I followed the directions exactly (no changes and it was perfect for an evening coffee group. It is VERY moist, and was definitely a big hit. Leftovers for breakfast are worth waking up for. This would be delicious with vanilla or butter pecan ice cream too.
