    Just made this for the first time. I followed the recipe except used salted butter since that is all I had and I have to say this is one of the best cakes I have ever eaten! Very light, but moist at the same time. Will definitely be making this one again!

    I am always looking for new recipes to try. It is what a coffee cake should taste like. It light and moist. Very delicious. Thanks Emeril, this one is a keeper.

    Incredible! I used Granny Smith apples for best baking results. We like it best the next day, not warm as recipe says. Just finished our 2nd making in a week's time...might go for a 3rd!
