I ommitted the mint, feta and the last 1 tspn of butter... substituted red onion for shallot and added raisins the last few minutes...its worked out great! nice simple yummy couscous... I also used the middle eastern pearl couscous instead of fine... its was gerat!

This was an easy recipe to make and really good. Served it with grilled pork chops and it was gobbled up.

pretty good, but the second time I made it I waited until I removed the Cous Cous from the heat to add the mint and got more flavor.

i made this with the roasted lamb with goat cheese and spinach. Great combination! Very flavorful!
