Everyone says it's better than any restaurant!!! But I made a few changes....shallots instead of onions, double the jack, and triple the parmasan!!! Delicious as an app for your next party. I also eliminated cayenne. Serve with chips and salsa..excellent!

This was the best artichoke & spinach dip I've ever made! I made it as directed with the exception of adding a little more spinach. When it was finished baking, I added some fresh grated parmesan on top before serving. This will be made for movie night and/or football Sundays! Thank you for the recipe!!

This was delicious! I made it for the first time today for a baby shower I was giving and came home with an empty bowl. I was told that its better the TGI Fridays. Thanks Emeril!

I made this last week for my family's Christmas dinner. Was okay, and everyone seemed to think it was good...not great, but good. Just didn't seem to have any depth of flavor, even though I had seasoned it per the recipe. However, I decided to try it again tonight to share with a group of friends. I made just a couple of changes: added pepper jack cheese instead of monterey jack, added twice the amount of parmesan, added some smoked paprika in with the seasoning, and about 5 oz more of the spinach. Man, what a difference just the few changes made. Everyone said this was the best spin/artichoke dip they ever had, and I had to agree. Thanks, Emeril, for a good basic recipe that is easy to adjust to one's tastes. Will be my go-to from now on.

Not bad. I really like the cream cheese versions of spinach artichoke dip better.
