I made this recipe a while ago and never got to writing a review. It was delicious. I served before a family dinner, warm as an appetizer and everyone loved it. It was not overwhemingly cheesy and had the right amount of spices. I added califlower also to balance the taste of the cheese and to create more dip, you really don't see nor taste it at the end of the dish. Definitely suggest trying :

I expected a lot more from this recipe after reading all the 5 star reviews. While there were a few who liked it, I thought it was overly garlicky to the point that the spinach and artichoke flavors were completely hidden. I wouldn't make it again.

This dip is so easy and to make it easier i used a block of frozen spinach and just made sure to squeeze out the water after thawing... Ive made this for several parties and it's gone in less time it took to make. Emeril is amazing!

This is the best spinach dip I have made, its creamy, cheesy and yummy. I agree with adding more spinach since it is so cheesy. I served it with store bought tortilla chips and it was gone with in 30 mins! I can't wait to make it again.

Too cheesy and consistency in the mouth was off putting. Would take a lot of puttering with this recipe to make it great. I would never make this again. I actually made it for company and didn't serve it--I was so disappointed in this.

I have had 3 parties in the last year, and I make this dip everytime. It is great. Also, right before I put the dip in the oven I top it off with some cheddar cheese...Great!

This is the best spinach and artichoke dip that I have ever had!! I took it to a party and it was the best thing there. The only modification that I might make is upping the spinach. Otherwise, fantastic!!!

I make this a lot. It is just awesome. Its simple to make but I will not make the other recipes that are much more simple than this. Its truly "homemade". Its a hit for my get togethers!
