We order this at restaurants a lot..but we all agreed this recipe is the best we have had. For me, I need a helpre so that I can stay by the pan and add things a s I need them. If I were making this alone I would need to prep everything ahead and line it up. The results are amazing. I am sure this will become a tradition for holidays and parties at our house!

I made this recipe for a family St. Patrick's day gathering, served with store bought tostito strips and everyone raved. Slightly time consuming to prepare but well worth the effort. I would use a slight bit more cayenne next time around.

I made this for our neighbors who came over to watch a night of boxing. Everyone loved it. A little time consuming - but well worth the effort.

I made this for the first time for company and it was fabulous. People ate it up like it was going out of style. It's not nearly as greasy as getting this in a restaurant so I felt better about eating it in large quantities. :

This recipe was awesome! I love dips with lots of veggies and this has tons of artichokes and spinach. It wasn't as heavy as some artichoke dips I've had. Huge hit!

I used a little less artichoke and a little more spinach than the recipe called for (just because I really like spinach, which worked out well. I used baby spinach, which made it easier because I didn't have to chop it up before adding it. I served mine with pita chips, it was great!

This dip is a nice change to the much used spinach dip of a few years ago, plus with leftovers, I just added some milk & used the boat moter to puree it, than it bacame a wonderful soup.

This was excellent. I used a bit too much cayenne pepper I think. It was time consuming to make, but the end justified the means.
