If it's easy to make, tastes great and is healthy, why not make this once a week? I do and this is definatley one of my all time fave salad recipes here.

Didn't make the salad, just needed a quick dressing at the last minute and found this recipe. It's a keeper! Very good--now I won't have to pay $3/bottle at the store. Quick and easy to make up also. Thank you!

This dressing was a snap to make at the last minute with no fancy ingrediants to fret over. If you're using regular iceberg or romaine lettuce in your salad the dressing might be too sweet. Next time I'll use less. Overall great flavor!

This was an excellent and simple salad. The dressing was easy to make and very nice. The only change I made was the addition of toasted pine nuts to the salad. The shards of parmesan give this salad a nice bite and a pretty presentation. Thank you Emeril for yet another great recipe.

This is so easy to make and is very delicious! I also use this dressing as marinade for chicken, and shrimp. everyone loved it!

I love Arugula but didn't know it tasted so good as the main ingredient of a salad. This recipe is easy and a nice departure from regular tossed salad. Delicious!
