I like to use fresh greens, spinach, etc....but the dressing is out of this world. I have some at all times. Everyone loves it!

I don't know about the arugala salad part but this is THE BEST balsamic dressing ever invented for the home gourmand. I have some in my fridge at all times. Delish!
