This recipe claims to only take 50 minutes, but that time does not take into account the overnight marinating for the steak or the two hour cooling/refrigerating for the steak after cooking! The marinade was nice, but I thought the dressing for the noodles was lacking. Had to use some sesame ginger dressing from Trader Joe's to spice up the noodles.

steak was delicious!! the noodle salad kind of fell flat for me though- so i added some thai basil, rice wine vinegar and a bit more soy sauce. Will definitely be making this again!

This is one of my favorite recipes! The marinade is so easy to make but packs in so much flavor. I add the thinly sliced flank steak to everything for multiple meals: lettuce wrap, over salads, with noodles, etc.

This is quick (once marinated and easy to prepare, and perfect for those busy summer days when the kids and parents are coming and going. I was a little skeptical about the noodles, thought they might need more sauce, but they were perfect. I'm not a huge fan of skirt steak, but this was delicious sliced paper thin.
Couldn't find fermented black beans, but it tasted great without.

I made the entire dish, noodles and all.
Everyone loved it. It's a great enter-
taining meal because everything is prepared in advance.

The marinade was easy to make and the steak was very good. I will definitely make again. I did not make the entire recipe so I do not know how the cold noodles are.
