Read the recipe and thought it'll be just another quiche style pie but decided to give it a try anyway It turned out to be so much more! Delicious!! I used store bought pie crust as I didn't have time to make my own and used Brie cheese (had it on hand instead of Vacherin. The pie had great flavor, the combination of asparagus and leeks was excellent, both slightly crunchy and it wasn't at all 'eggy' or mushy which happens sometimes to a veggie and egg mixture. Tasted even better the next day.
