You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 quart strawberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup orange liqueur
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 pound cake
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

Directions

In a large bowl, add all berries and sugar.

Mash berries slightly and add orange liqueur. Let sit for 30 minutes until ready to serve.

Slice pound cake and top with macerated berries and whipped cream. Garnish with mint.

    after dining out a group of us returned to my home where I served this for dessert. Everyone really enjoyed the dish, with the variety of berries and the orange liqueur. FRESH, EASY, TASTY!

    This is a great disert! i i added french vanilla ice cream to it it was
    so good! but then again every emeril recepe i have tried turns out delicious.
    Emeril you are the man!
