using the recipe as a guide, i was pleased with the result. i was intending to "stretch" an existing bottle of bbq sauce which I felt unequal to the task of pairing with 4 racks of baby back ribs. note, if you improvise as i do, you may need to add some corn starch disolved in bourbon to bring up the "coatability". Wow! the aroma filled our home.

This recipe takes a little time to make but it is the best rib recipe we have ever tired.

My husband and I were in a rib cookoff and we used this recipe. It was great. We didn't win but got many compliments on how great the ribs were and they kept coming back for more.

This Rib's sauce rivals Montgomery Inn's sauce in Cincinnati. It is just sweet enough just spicy enough to make for an excellent accompaniment to ribs or anything else needing Barbeque. Yummy!!!

Made this for our annual spring BBQ - it went like hot cakes! Very tasty! And not at all difficult to make!
