    Really easy and great with hearty entrees. Like the oil cured olives. Careful not to add to much salt since olives are so salty.

    I tried this recipe just after seeing it on TV, however it was not as good as some other recipes on that show. It was a bit too plain for me even with the herbs. You couldn't tell they were there. Maybe I did something wrong, but I don't think so. I am going to try this recipe again, only with my own variations and ideas and experiment. I want it less pasty.
